- A large 3-inch, made in the USA, impact-resistant, glass-faced temperature gauge that is NSF-certified to meet restaurant safety standards.
- New Acacia Wood Handle - The handles are finished to match the Acacia EGG Mates and the Big Green EGG Acacia Tables for consistency within the product line.
- Patented easy to lift hinge design that allows easy operation of opening or closing the distinctive green dome. Features new enhanced side brackets for easily adjustable band assembly.
